Bangladesh Nari Progati Sangha (BNPS) organized a 3-days long training course for the capacity development of women members of CHT Women Activist Forum on “Gender, Advocacy, Leadership and Customary Laws” at Dhaka on 22 – 24 March, 2015. 25 women members took part in the training course. Participants have obtained clear concept on Gender, Advocacy, Leadership and Customary Laws through this training.

Resource persons of the training course were: Dhaka University teacher Dr. Ishani Chakraborti; Gender and Management Specialist Ms. Nilufar Ahmed Karim; Training Consultant Mr. Abdullah Jafar; Gender Expert Mr. Shahin Rahman and Human Rights Activist Ms. Ilira Dewan.

The training course was inaugurated by Ms. Shyamoli Nasreen Choudhury, the Chairperson of BNPS. Ms. Dilara Rekha, Coordinator of BNPS successfully coordinated the training course.
